If I could tell my friends one thing about myself that would make their mouths drop open, it would be that I like to play games on the computer. Especially the Sims2!
I got started playing the Sims1 a few years back. I bought ALL of the Expansion Packs that went along with the Sims1. I played it for hours on end.My husband would get so frustrated with me because I spent all of my free time playing that silly game! My kids thought I needed to join SA (Sims Anonymous)
When the Sims2 came out, I pre ordered it so I would be one of the first to receive it, we were on vacation at the time, and I just couldn't wait to get home to load it on our computer! I should have been enjoying our vacation more!
So not only do I have the Sims1 and all those Expansion Packs, but now I have the Sims2 and ALL of the Expansion Packs AND the Stuff Packs! Needless to say, I had to invest in more memory and a really good video card to handle this new nonsense on our computer.
What makes playing this game even more fun for me is that there are numerous Sims Websites, where you can go and download additional items, that other "Simmers" have made, to play in your game. The websites and items to download are too numerous to mention, but I would like to share some of my favorite Sims Websites. Just in case there are any other Sim Fanatics like me out there or maybe you would like to become one!
Did I mention that I am a 40 something, recently unemployed grandmother of 4? LOL I still have my passion for the Sims, but it has dwindled down over the years and I don't spend as much time on it as I used to. However, when a new Stuff Pack or Expansion Pack comes out, you can be sure that I will be one of the first in line to buy it!
